In September of 2018 commercial real estate firm Trinity Partners expanded its southeastern footprint by opening its fourth location in Columbia, South Carolina. True to their entrepreneurial spirit, the firm partnered with four of Columbia’s performance-driven industry professionals- Nick Stomski, SIOR, Roger Winn, SIOR, Macon Lovelace, SIOR, and Bruce Harper, SIOR- to enhance their reach in the Carolinas and strengthen their best-in-class service platform.
During their freshman year, the Trinity Partners Columbia team racked up an impressive leasing and sales transaction record, closing on approximately two million square feet of office, industrial, medical and retail space and 230 acres of land. After just over a year in operation, Trinity Partners Columbia was honored to be voted the city’s Best Commercial Real Estate Firm of 2020 by the readers of Columbia Metropolitan Magazine with an estimated audience of 100,000.
The Columbia office has grown to a team of 19 strong industry professionals focused on bringing Trinity’s three core principles -- to be passionate, entrepreneurial and best in class – to the Central Midlands table. Offering a full range of services within the office, industrial, retail, mixed�use, land, and medical office sectors, including leasing, property management, investment sales, development, project and construction management, and tenant representation, the Columbia leasing portfolio includes 1.57 million square feet across close to 80 buildings.
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Trinity Partners has been a regional industry leader since 1998 and operates additional offices in Raleigh, North Carolina and Greenville, South Carolina. Across all four offices, Trinity Partners now has 175 employees and leases/manages more than 22 million square feet across the Carolinas.
